They are all elegantly dressed. The men wear 3 cornered hats, tail coats and breeches. They have lace at their cuffs and throats and wear buckles on their shoes. The ladies are beautifully coiffed and wear gorgeous full skirted gowns with tight bodices.

The colours are beautiful, fresh but muted. The masonry of the château is in fresh neutrals and the greens of the trees are highlighted with soft ochres to simulate the sunshine. The people are dressed in lovely fresh pastel pinks, blues and ochres.

The panel is in excellent condition and is beautifully clean.

It measures 176 cm (5 ft 9 inches) wide x 65 cm (2 ft 1.5 inches) high.

This is a delightful panel to add a château chic finishing touch to any home.
