This is an exquisite antique French brooch dating from about 1930. It is beautifully decorative and delicate and  would be perfect at the throat of a blouse or on a jacket lapel.

It is of fabulous quality and is in the form of a central gilded filigree disc with semi circles to either side. The central disc has a pink crystal stone surrounded by further stones in pink, blue and green. These in turn are encircled by exquisite pastel flowers each set with a coloured crystal to the centre.

Each of the semi circles to the sides are set with an arc of tiny stones in pink, blue and green.

The brooch is in perfect condition and all of the stones are present.

The filigree base of the brooch and the pin have a lovely old gold hue. The pin is in good condition and closes securely.

This is a beautiful piece of costume jewellery of a quality and design that could only be found in a period piece.

It measures 6.5 cm (2.5 inches) long x 4 cm (1.5 inches) high.

This is an exquisite brooch to add a delicate period French touch to a special outfit.
